Sheikh Yousef El-Qardawi has lot of limitations in scope of thinking. He better to shut-up in these matters.
He does know nothing about the rules of Islam in such situation. A peaceful negotiation between all parties is the solution to avoid more blood shed of the combatants of both side and also of innocent civilians.
